Aileen Madden

I am a qualified solicitor since 1999. I have been running my own practice since 2003. It is a general practice with a particular emphasis on family law issues, ranging across the spectrum of family law from separations & divorces to domestic violence, access and maintenance issues. I also have a busy residential conveyancing practice and a Wills and Probate practice.

I have built this business up while also being a mum to young children and with ageing parents needing more support. This is a common theme in particular with my female colleagues who despite the more liberal society we live in, still seem to carry the weight of the domestic issues.

I believe this insight from my own personal viewpoint is what has made me successful in getting to the nub of the family law matters that cross my desk, understanding the real issues at play and arriving at practical solutions.

I have a keen interest in speaking for women of my generation and in having our valuable work and life experience heard through the media.
