A stellar career in sport, has seen Lisa break many glass ceilings, most notably as Ireland's first ever female to coach in the professional men's game. Among Lisa's achievements are:
- Winning an SSE Airtricity League and FAI Cup double with Cork City FC
- Part of the Dublin GAA Senior Men's Football backroom team - winning All-Ireland, Leinster and National League titles
- Worked with Northern Ireland's men's national team for five years which included their Euro 2016 successes
- Won a league and cup double with Chelsea FC women's team
- Lisa has also managed in the FA Women's Championship
She is also a single Mum to two children and has two rescue dogs!
In 2019 Lisa broke new ground in Irish Sports broadcasting, by becoming RTÉ Sports first ever female to be a TV pundit on men's Champions League and for a Republic of Ireland senior men's international match, and continues this work today.
Lisa covered the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup as both a TV panellist and as a co-commentator and also continues this covering Republic of Ireland women's international games.
With a strong career in sports radio broadcasting prior to her moving full-time into professional football as a coach, Lisa has covered rugby, GAA, golf, athletics and horse-racing.
Lisa is an experienced keynote/motivational speaker for both the corporate and sporting sectors and is a sports columnist with RTÉ.
She is also currently serving on the Board of Paralympics Ireland as a non-executive Director.
