My role involves researching, analysing and reporting on safety, health, environmental and sustainability affairs in the workplace on a national, European and global basis, as well as meeting with industry leaders to interview them for the journal. My work showcases best practice solutions to common challenges related to workplace safety, health, and wellbeing, such as menopause in the workplace, and what measures were most helpful to working women in Ireland.
I also lecture on the Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Safety in Construction at Trinity College, Dublin. Formerly, I was a health and safety inspector for the Health and Safety Authority.
