An advocate for lifelong learning, Michelle is undertaking an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour at DCU. Michelle is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, with a special interest in Gender Equity. Through her senior roles in technology, Michelle has championed ERGs and has led initiatives which delivered tangible DEIB results. Michelle mentored on STEM Passport for Inclusion and TU Dublin Saer Mentorship Programmes. A finalist in ‘Leaders’ category in Everywoman in Technology Awards 2022 and Trailblazer category in Women in Tech Awards 2019. Michelle is a regular speaker on podcasts, panels and webinars.
